  • Supervised the implementation of Institution Building Loan ($27 mln.), Treasury System Project ($16.4 mln.), and several grants of the Japanese Government to Ukraine.

  • Assisted public institutions in developing institutional restructuring strategy with the emphasis on human resources development: training, team working, system of incentives, etc.

  • Gained the experience in procurement, disbursement, and financial management & audit.
